Acceptance of Terms</h2 <p By accessing or using the website located at 4geeks.com (the “Website”), or by purchasing any product or service offered through it, including AI Flex, AI Fluency, and AI Engineering (together, the “Products”), you (“User,” “Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, which together govern the relationship between 4Geeks Academy, LLC (“4Geeks Academy,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you. About 4Geeks Academy and Our Products</h2 <p 4Geeks Academy, LLC is a Florida licensed technology education company. Through the Website we offer, among other things, the following digital products:</p <p <strong AI Flex</strong — a modular, self paced library of AI focused courses, offered as an annual subscription per seat.</p <p <strong AI Fluency</strong — a live, part time, instructor led program designed to teach professionals how to apply AI tools and workflows in their day to day work.</p <p <strong AI Engineering</strong — a live, cohort based, instructor led career transition program. Enrollment in AI Engineering, and the corresponding payment, cancellation, and refund terms, are governed exclusively by the enrollment agreement signed by the student (the “Enrollment Agreement”), which varies according to the location in which the student enrolls. Section 5.3 below governs the relationship between these Terms and the Enrollment Agreement.</p <p 4Geeks Academy may also offer other products, services, cohorts, or bundles from time to time through the Website. Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, such offerings are governed by these Terms.</p <h2 id="use of the website" 3. Use of the Website</h2 <p <strong 3.1 No Warranty as to Website Content.</strong Neither we nor any third party provides any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this Website for any particular purpose.
